Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3-5 working days.
Return and Refunds policy
An order may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed provided you advise our office on hello@sixdogs.com within this period of time, and no administration charges will be levied. Thereafter any returns will be subject to a basic charge of R150 to cover the costs applicable to both the delivery and return of your parcel.
Payment options accepted
Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard or by bank transfer into the Six Dogs Distillery bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Six Dogs Distillery via PayFast and PayJustNow who are approved payment gateways for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayFast and PayJustNow uses the strictest form of encryption and no card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za and www.payjustnow.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Six Dogs Distillery separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast and PayJustNow secure sites in line with the POPI act.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Where an EFT payment is made, any bank charges are purely for the account of the sender and Six Dogs Distillery will not be able to deliver the product until such stage as the full invoice amount is received in our bank account.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Six Dogs Distillery chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement as Boschkloof Farm, De Wet, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation Six Dogs Distillery may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

No sales to under 18s
Six Dogs Distillery will not sell any alcoholic product to any person under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age (Identity document / passport).
Errors
Six Dogs Distillery shall take all reasonable measures to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of products on the website. Should however there be any errors, we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, other than to refund you for any amount already paid.
Six Dogs Distillery shall not be bound by any incorrect information regarding our products displayed on any third party websites.
Delivery
Six Dogs Distillery delivers to:
- The Western Cape. National delivery to all major centres which include Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, East London, Kimberley, Nelspruit, Port Elizabeth and Pietermaritzburg.
- A delivery charge will be calculated and charged to the bill.
- Please ensure that there is a responsible person at your premises or venue, available to sign on delivery and collection of the goods. Six Dogs Distillery will only be held responsible for the goods that are signed for on the invoice and collection note.
- Website orders may not be collected from Six Dogs Distillery Distillery.
Six Dogs Distillery reserves the right to limit the quantities for sale of any item. | No liquor to be sold to persons under the age of 18 years. | All bottles 750ml unless otherwise stated.
